Summary Profile

Doug’s career spans 30 years of both corporate finance advisory and executive management experience, with approximately half that time spent in investment banking and half in working for or advising middle market and startup companies.  He began his career on Wall Street, advising companies large and small on M&A and capital raising transactions. He has represented both buyers and sellers in M&A transactions, raising approximately $4 billion in private placements of domestic and cross-border debt, and bank/project financings and private equity. He has advised clients in manufacturing, technology, media & entertainment, energy, chemicals, transportation, food, healthcare, restaurant, retailing, and real estate sectors as well as municipal governments and Native American Indian tribes.

After a successful career in investment banking, he turned his focus to acquisitions and post-merger integration. He has provided post-merger integration services to middle market companies and private equity firms building investments in that space.
